Refilling your Tire Stack

1. Unscrew the top tire (lid). 2. Drop in a fresh roll, tail first. 3. Feed the first bag through the sidewall window. 4. Screw the lid back on and roll out. Pairs perfectly with our Strawberry-Scented Poop Bag refills.
